The H.D. quarter turn steel actuator with Scotch Yoke mechanism is ideally suited for On and Off shore, Refineries, Pipelines and for larger bore diameter valves; Its steel construction and protective coating make the actuator ideal for corrosive application ON or OFFSHORE . A KEY feature of our HD Actuator is the modular design, this allows manufacturing to produce standard components, allows for ease of assembly and gives flexibility to meeting the various customer requirements for: DA or SR – Air Supply -Torque, Key benefit is shorter Lead times and greater flexibility for our worldwide automation centers.
End stop adjustments for Open and Close position for +/-5 degrees regulation.
Torque output from 600 to 300.000 Nm in Double Acting version and from 215 to 107.520 Nm in Spring Return version at 6 bar air supply.
